_{Aaaah okay I really like this character now ;A;
I got him from *WhiteMaze, who was having a giveaway with the theme elements. You should really check out his stuff! I was just seriously lucky to have actually won this guy. I thought that I didn't have a chance Q_Q
Anyway now I'm going to write random stuff that I thought for him =u=

Name: Noel (means "Christmas" in French)
Age: 18
Birthday: December 25!
Height: 5'7''
Hair Color: Silver
Eye Color: Red
Bio: So all I got so far is that Noel used to be this bright, cheery boy until a big creature attacked him (and possibly his family), leaving him to have scars on his neck and mouth. It's a tad sketchy since Noel doesn't talk much about it. Actually he doesn't talk at all, that's what people who know him say. He stopped talking after the accident, despite doctors saying that he can (but it hurts if he speaks). The old wounds are hidden by the big scarf he wears. Even if he doesn't speak though, he still reacts with sound as it is a subconscious reaction.

I've had ideas that when he was attacked, the reason why the creature was able to find them was because he had kept on speaking (panicking) despite being told not to. Perhaps he had made it his resolve not to speak again to avoid further tragedies like that? *shrug*

Yet maybe as his story unfolds, he might speak more little by little because eventually he sees that it's necessary. He didn't do it before because he was alone, so no need, right..?

Abilities: I don't know where Noel got his ability to conjure ice from thin air, but he has it, and it's pretty darn useful. He actually uses it more often to communicate with others rather than attacking (as he sucks at explaining without the aid of some mini ice sculptures). While communicating doesn't take too much effort, there is a limit to how much ice he can make and can pass out if he uses it too much. Constant training though allows his body to endure more strain compared to before.

He can also withstand extremely cold temperatures longer than most average humans. This doesn't make him invincible or more powerful in cold environments though as he can also get those nasty conditions like frost bite if he isn't careful since the ice that he makes does not come in contact with his hands.

He creates ice without the need to say anything, and he can do it almost without noise.

Personality: Despite his element, Noel is actually a somewhat softhearted character yet gets annoyed easily (in situations that include kids or people that don't allow him to say what he wants to say). Because he doesn't talk, he doesn't really know how to make friends, and so is used to being alone. It actually turns out that people push him away instead of the other way around, so if he finds someone that's willing to talk to him then he might get kinda clingy (on the inside). His normal expression is somewhat stoic and unmoving, but it easily shifts if you talk to him.

He rarely takes off his scarf in public. Even inside places he won't take it off unless he's going to shower, eat, or sleep...or if someone tries to take it off.
